How we do it

The Sips process

We understand that with any charity event it's all about raising awareness and most importantly vital funds for the charity. We work with you to ensure that this is maximised.

Step 1

Consultation

We offer a complimentary telephone consultation to learn all about your charity event. We'll discuss key details such as the venue, theme, your guest list, and the bar and drinks options available, as well as discussing ideas to help raise funds for the charity.

Step 2

Personalised Quote

Following our initial consultation, we will provide you with a bespoke quote outlining a complete breakdown of your event requirements. Once we have everything set we’ll require a small deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due approx. two weeks prior to your event.

Step 3

Planning

With our years of experience, we’ll be there every step of the way leading up to your event. From site visits and creating bespoke drink menus to sourcing must stock drinks and collaborating closely with your chosen venue, our goal is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

Step 4

Set Up

Our team will organise the set up, ensuring everything is ready for your event to get underway. From staffing and glassware, to arrival drinks and even cleaning up at the end of the night, we’ve got it covered — so you can relax and focus on your fundraising.

Bespoke Options

Flexible Payments

We understand that every event is unique, which is why we offer a range of flexible options to accommodate every budget and preference, making it easier for you to plan the perfect event.

All in ticket

An all-inclusive drinks package for all guests covered under their ticket price.

Arrival drink

One arrival drink included in the ticket price. All other drinks purchased by guests from the bar or pre-ordered.

Open bar

All drinks to be purchased by guests from the bar or via pre-order.

Charity drink

A donation from every themed cocktail sold is donated to the charity.
