How we do it

The Sips process

With over 30 years experience, our team are here to take away the hassle during and in the lead up to your event. Providing a premium service to elevate your event in to something spectacular.

Step 1

Consultation

We offer a complimentary telephone consultation to learn all about your special event. We'll discuss key details such as the venue, theme, your guest list, and the bar and drinks options available, as well as any additional requirements to help ensure every aspect of your event is carefully considered.

Step 2

Personalised Quote

Following our initial consultation, we will provide you with a bespoke quote outlining a complete breakdown of your event requirements. Once we have everything set, we’ll require a small deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due approx. two weeks prior to your event.

Step 3

Planning

With our years of experience, we’ll be there every step of the way leading up to your event. From site visits and creating bespoke drink menus to sourcing must stock drinks and collaborating closely with your chosen venue, our goal is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

Step 4

Set Up

Our team will organise the set up, ensuring everything is ready for your event. From staffing and glassware, to arrival drinks and even cleaning up at the end of the night, we’ve got it covered — so you can relax and enjoy everything from start to finish.

Open Bar

Our open bar option is ideal for guests to pay for their own drinks throughout your event.

Welcome Drinks

Treat your guests to a free arrival drink, then your guests can purchase all other drinks from the bar throughout the event.

Tab Bar

Keep it flexible with our tab bar option – you control the budget while your guests enjoy their drinks - guests only pay for their drinks once the full amount of the tab is gone.
