How we do it

The Sips process

With over 30 years' experience, our team are here to take away the hassle during, and in the lead up to, your wedding. Providing a premium service to elevate your wedding into something spectacular.

Step 1

Consultation

We offer a complimentary telephone consultation to learn all about your vision for your special day. We'll discuss key details such as the venue, theme, your guest list, and the bar and drinks options available, as well as any additional requirements to help ensure every aspect of your day is carefully considered.

Step 2

Personalised Quote

Following our initial consultation, we will provide you with a bespoke quote outlining a complete breakdown of your wedding bar requirements. Once we have everything set we’ll require a small deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due approx. two weeks prior to your big day.

Step 3

Planning

With our years of experience, we’ll be there every step of the way leading up to your wedding. From a site visit and creating bespoke drink menus, to sourcing must stock drinks and collaborating closely with your chosen venue, our goal is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

Step 4

Set Up

Our team will organise the set-up in co-ordination with you, the venue/marquee/tipi company and other suppliers to ensure everything is perfectly in order for your celebrations to begin.

Bespoke Options

Flexible Payments

We understand that every wedding is unique, which is why we offer a range of flexible options to accommodate every budget and preference, making it easier for you to plan the perfect day.

Complimentary

Enjoy the ultimate celebration with our complimentary bar option – the perfect choice if you want to pay for all of your guests drinks.

Open Bar

Our open bar option is ideal for guests to pay for their own drinks throughout your wedding day.

Wedding Treats

Treat your guests to some complimentary drinks – whether that’s a welcome drink or two, table wine, toasting prosecco, etc, then guests can purchase all other drinks from the bar.

Tab/Voucher Bar

Keep it flexible with our tab/voucher bar option – you control the budget or the amount of tokens issued while your guests enjoy their drinks. Guests only pay for their drinks once the full amount of the tab is reached or the vouchers have run out.
